About the author
Cristina graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santiago de Compostela and is passionate about the world of food and gastronomy. She has a Master's in Human Nutrition from the University of Granada.
Currently, she works as a nutritionist in two personal training centers located in A Coruña.
Her taste for good food began when she was little, she was always a girl who enjoyed cooking her own dishes and researching food. For this reason, she decided to study in the area of nutrition.
Since then, her motivation has been to pass on her knowledge in this area in order to help people improve their relationship with food and establish healthy lifestyle habits.
