Graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (2015). She completed her training with a Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychopathology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2017) and a Master's degree in General Health Psychology at the University of Lleida (2022). She has also specialized through a series of courses and programs in neurolinguistic programming, mindfulness, intervention in children with learning disorders, attention to diversity, and personal support assistance.
In recent years, she has received theoretical and practical training in neurodevelopmental disorders. Her interest is in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability. She worked as a child psychologist at the Catalan Association of Fragile X Syndrome, an organization where she designed and implemented the Child Care Program (PAI). She has also worked as a special education monitor, as an academic counselor, and as a companion for patients with acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury.
He has also worked in family therapy, supporting parents of children with learning disorders. Her work as a psychologist is complemented by her passion for writing. She is the author of Vivir de memoria, published by Círculo Rojo Editorial in 2018. Her inclination for writing has led her to dissemination, so she works as a writer and editor for media and magazines related to psychology, psychopedagogy, education, and similar themes.
