Graduated in Educational Sciences from the National University of Córdoba (2003) and in Pedagogy from the National University of Distance Education (2012). She completed her training with a Master's degree in Educational Innovation Policies and Practices at the University of Almería (2013). In addition to this, she is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at the National School of Trainers Centro Bio-Natura in Seville (2011).
She has more than 10 years of experience dedicated to teaching in both public and private spheres. She has taken courses related to education, of which Didactic Programming, Inclusion and Application of Technologies in Educational Centers, Attention to Diversity and Equal Opportunities all stand out, all of these taught by the Rey Juan Carlos University and by Woman's Institute. She currently works as a personal trainer and writer of academic texts as well as on digital media.
