Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread, toasted.

  • 1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes.
  • 1 strip of bacon.

Preparation:

This breakfast is simple and fast. You just need to spread the two spoonfuls of ricotta cheese and slice them on the toast. Then, chop the cup of sun-dried tomato into small pieces and arrange it on the toast in the shape of a heart.

Now for the edible smiley faces. Crack the two eggs and carefully place them in a frying pan, making sure not to break the yolks. Once they’re fully cooked, use a large round mold to cut the eggs into perfect circles – two eyes.

To complete the face, add another sun-dried tomato for the nose, and use a piece of cooked bacon for the smile. Now you have all you need to make a fun breakfast for the mother-to-be.
