1. Pasta with chorizo

To prepare this dish, you can use any type of pasta you wish. Just the same, we recommend macaroni.


  • 1 lb. of pasta
  • 2 chorizos links
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • Oregano to taste


  • Fill a pan with sufficient water and heat on medium.
  • When the water boils, add a tablespoon of salt to the water along with the pasta. Allow to cook, stirring occasionally.
  • Chop the chorizo in cubes and cook in a frying pan on low heat until they release their fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic. Drizzle with oregano to taste.
  • When the onion is transparent, add the cooked pasta to the frying pan and mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Stir in the cheese and allow to cook for 2 more minutes.

  • 1 pound of pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 lemons
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • Oregano and basil to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil


  1. Fill a pan with sufficient water and place on the burner on medium heat. Once it boils, add the pasta. Allow to cook, stirring constantly.
  2. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and set aside. Don’t throw out the cooking water, as you’ll use it for the sauce.
  3. Wash the lemons, grate their peels, and cut the fruit into squares.
  4. In a frying pan, melt the butter on low heat. 
  5. Add the lemons to the butter and allow them to brown. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  6. When the mixture becomes saucy, remove the lemon chunks. Add the cream cheese and allow to melt.

  • 1 lb. of pasta
  • 1 medium sized broccoli
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 4 tablespoons of whipping cream
