2. Rocket and Peppermint Juice
Place the following well-washed ingredients in the blender and process at high speed for about 3 minutes:
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 cup rocket
- 15 large or medium leaves of mint
- 1 cucumber without skin
- 1 cup of spinach leaves
It is recommended to drink this juice on an empty stomach about 4 times a week. The future mother must wait at least 30 minutes to have her breakfast after drinking it.

- 1 tablespoon of sliced ginger
- 1/2 apple, preferably green
- 1 cup of water
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 2 leaves of cabbages, without the stem

4. Pineapple Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 sprig of fresh parsley (with 5 or 6 leaves)
- 1/4 cucumber (it’s optional to leave or remove the skin, to the taste of the pregnant woman)
- 1 cup of pineapple, chopped into pieces
- 150 ml cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger (salted)
- Half of a baby prickly pear
- Honey to taste
To do it, you must take the cucumber, the pineapple and the cactus, remove the skin and clean them. Then, cut them into pieces and place them in the blender adding half a cup of water little by little until the juice reaches a creamy consistency.
Once homogenous, add the branches of parsley, the grated ginger, then honey to taste until reaching the desired sweetness. Drink right away, don’t save it for later.
Cucumber and cactus will help you fight constipation. Meanwhile, the combination of pineapple and parsley provides a cluster of vitamins B6, B1 and C, as well as folic acid, which is ideal for pregnancy.
