Apple, banana and plum puree

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 plums
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. First, peel and cut the apple into small pieces.
  2. Next, peel and cut the banana into slices.
  3. Chop the plums and then cut them in half.
  4. Finally, steam all the fruits for 10 minutes and mix them together until they obtain a creamy texture.

Apple, tangerine and orange blossom water puree

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tangerines
  • Orange blossom water

Preparation

  1. After rinsing and peeling the apples and tangerines, cut them into small pieces.
  2. Place all the pieces in a sauce pan with a little water and cook the pieces of fruit for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Finally, add two teaspoons of orange blossom water and mix the puree until it reaches the desired consistency.

Pear and strawberry puree

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons of orange juice

Preparation

  1. First, peel the pear.
  2. Cut it into little pieces. Place the pieces in a saucepan with a tablespoon of water. Cook the pear pieces for 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. Wash the strawberries well.
  4. To finish, let the pear cool and use a blender to mix it with the strawberries and orange juice.

Cherry with cottage cheese puree

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of ripe cherries
  • 40 grams of cottage cheese

Preparation

  1. Wash the cherries and cut them in half.
  2. Put the cherries in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water.
  3. Once the water starts boiling, lower the temperature and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow the product to cool, drain if necessary and mix well until it obtains a homogeneous texture.
  5. Finally, add the cottage cheese and mix it well.

  • 1 apple
  • 10 black grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  3. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.

  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 grams of pineapple
  • A little orange juice

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the fruits, then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Add a little orange juice and steam the ingredients for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. Monitor the progress with the tip of a knife, the fruits should be tender when they are ready.
  4. Mix the fruit in a blender until it reaches the desired consistency. If necessary, add more orange juice or mineral water to soften the puree.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the pear. Then, cut it into small pieces.
  2. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
  3. Wash the strawberries well.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the pear and strawberries over medium heat with a little water until the fruits soften.
  5. Place the banana into the blender and blend. Add the product to the previous mixture and stir properly.
  6. The last step is to squeeze the orange and add enough juice to obtain the desired consistency.
