Nutritionist specialized in sports nutrition. He has experience in teaching, preparation and dissemination. He worked at the Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña designing, supervising and advising the menus for professional players. He currently works as a clinical nutritionist and as a digital media writer in his training area.

About the author

Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2016). He completed a postgraduate degree in Genetic, Environmental and Nutritional Conditions of Development and Growth in this University (2018) and a University Expert course in Sports Nutrition run by the UNIR.

He has specialized in sports nutrition, helping elite athletes to reach their maximum performance. He worked as a nutritionist for the Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña, and also as a teacher and a nutritional coach. He is the author of the book How to Die Young as Late as Possible (2020). His work as a nutritionist is complemented by the dissemination and writing of articles related to this area and health in general.
