7 Juices Rich in Vitamins for Kids
Juices rich in vitamins give your little ones energy in a very delicious way. In addition to giving them nutrients, natural juices can improve their immune system, combat constipation, and help their body accept other foods.
Experts recommend preparing juices rich in vitamins for children with fresh, ripe and seasonal fruits, and combining them to make different flavors.
When you make them, you should avoid diluting them with water because you’ll lose out on vitamins. Also, you shouldn’t add sugar because then your child won’t get used to the fruits’ real flavor.
Benefits of fruit juices rich in vitamins
By preparing 100% natural fruit juices, you get a large variety of nutrients. They are fat free and rich in vitamins A, B and C. They also have minerals that are important for your child’s growth. By regularly consuming juices rich in vitamins, your children will be more receptive to other flavors.
These juices generally don’t affect your child’s weight. However, they do contain calories (as all foods do) and should be given in moderation. By feeding your child calories, their metabolism will speed up, and we recommend they increase their physical activity.
Natural juices and physical exercise are the perfect combination to help your child grow (while also following a balanced diet).
