About the author

Lucía graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Valladolid (2016) and has a Master´s in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Complutense University of Madrid (2017). She started working in Madrid.

Since 2017, he has been part of SERUNION at the Burgos University Hospital (HUBU), where she is in charge of the dietary monitoring of hospitalized patients, the preparation of therapeutic diets, and the supervision of food tapes during plating. In addition, she has her own nutrition center, NutreBurgos, where she consults and teaches through directed workshops.
