  • Half a cup of grated parmesan cheese

  • 4 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Place the fish on a tray, covered in aluminum foil.
  • Meanwhile, mix the breadcrumbs, a spoonful of olive oil, the garlic and salt in a small bowl.
  • Brush the fish with the remaining olive oil. Then, cover it with the breadcrumb mixture and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
  • Then, add the lemon juice to the filets and bake the fish.
  • Finally, add salt to taste.

2. Cauliflower puree with feta cheese

  • 1 cauliflower (approximately 300 grams)
  • 200 milliliters (about 1 cup) of mushroom broth
