Graduated in Social Education from the University of Extremadura (2016). She completed her training with a Master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from her alma mater (2018) and a Master's degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (2020).

She directed a socio-educational program for children and adolescents in vulnerable situations and has been a volunteer for more than 7 years for the Spanish Red Cross.
She is currently a professor of Community Services at the Junta de Castilla y León. She also works with different digital media platforms as a disseminator on issues related to society, family, and well-being.
