After having a baby, we recommend you watch this series to get you into the next stage of change: Going back to work. This moment is one of the most stressful situations of the postpartum period, which can trigger certain mood disorders.
This series reflects how each of the women who star in it experiences the postpartum period. In this way, scenes of humor are interspersed with scenes of drama, both related to the return to the routine of working outside the home.
5. Gilmore Girls
This series shows the relationship between a single mom (Lorelai) and her teenage daughter (Rory). The two grow up together and evolve with each other.
