  • ½ zucchini.
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 4 carrots
  • ½ chicken breast.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 or 5 glasses of water or chicken broth.


  • The carrot, spring onion and zucchini should be chopped, put into a casserole dish and fried with a little olive oil.
  • Then cut the chicken into small pieces and add to the dish, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the rice and water and let it cook for 20 minutes.

  • 1 kg of pumpkin
  • 75 g of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 600 mL of cooking cream.
  • 600 mL of vegetable broth.


  • Cut the pumpkin into squares, chop the onion and leeks.
  • Add them into a pot with chicken broth, a pinch of salt and a dash of oil.
  • Cook over medium heat until the vegetables get soft.
  • Add the cheese and cream, let them cook for a minute.
  • When serving, add a touch of Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 slice of dry bread
  • 60 g of cooked lentils.
