1. Four cheese pizza

We’ll start with a classic and super fun recipe that children can help make since they love to knead. For the dough, you need a cup of flour, 150 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 15 grams of fresh yeast. Mix everything and form a dough ball, which you should let rise for half an hour.

Meanwhile, combine 100 grams of each of these cheeses: mozzarella, Emmental, fresh, and blue. Don’t forget to prepare the tomato sauce the way you usually do it.

After the dough leavens, stretch it and place it in a greased dish. Spread the tomato sauce and bring it to the oven for 15 minutes. Once ready, throw in the cheeses and let them melt. Finally, you can season with oregano and add olives.

2. Potato cheese balls

This is an excellent option to have for lunch with the children and it’s also super easy. You only need 4 potatoes, 3 eggs, 200 grams of cheese, butter, bread crumbs, oil, and spices.
