Ingredients

  • Mix to make 1 medium-sized chocolate cake
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 7 cups of vanilla ice cream

2. Bananas foster with ice cream

This is a very simple ice cream recipe to prepare, and requires very few ingredients. However, its flavor, texture, and presentation reach gourmet levels.

Ingredients:

  • 4 peeled bananas
  • 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 cup raw brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Preparation

Over medium heat, melt the butter in a pan, then add the sugar and whiskey. Allow it to boil and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves.

Next, immediately lower the heat to the minimum and add the bananas until they caramelize. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 4.

3. Ice cream parfait with caramel

This recipe is always original because the number of ingredients you add depends on how many servings you want to make and on your taste. You can also substitute the meringues with cereal, fruit, or sprinkles.

Ingredients:

  • Caramel, as much as needed
  • Whipping cream
  • Grated chocolate
  • Peaches or bananas in syrup and meringues.

Preparation

To start, whip the cream with the caramel until it’s firm. Be careful not to curdle it. If you want an extra sweet taste, add more caramel. If you like less, add more cream.

To serve, alternate layers of the mixture, the meringues, and the peaches in syrup in whatever order you like. Finally, put it in the freezer for a few hours.

5. Frozen raspberry tart

Recipes with ice cream made of fruit are very nutritious and tasty. Try making this at home and you’ll see how easy it is.

Ingredients (serves 12)

  • 6.5 cups of strawberries
  • 7 natural sugar-free yogurts (4.5 ounces each)
  • 1.5 pounds of cookies, preferably rectangular
  • 1.5 cups of mascarpone cheese
  • The juice of one orange
  • Sugar and vanilla extract to taste

Preparation

Marinate the strawberries for 20 minutes with the orange juice and 4 tablespoons of sugar, mixed together well. In a different container, mix the mascarpone cheese and the yogurt with vanilla and sugar to taste. Beat until thick and then refrigerate for 10 minutes.

At the same time, prepare a 12-inch rectangular pan. Line it with cling wrap so that it hangs over the ends so it’s easier to get the tart out.

The next step is to remove the marinated strawberries. Set aside one half and mix the rest in a mixer, just with the liquid it naturally has. You can add more sugar if desired.

Next, put the ingredients in the pan in layers. Start with the mascarpone and yogurt cream, then a layer of strawberries. Cut up the marinated ones on top.

Add a layer of cookies. Repeat this process and finish with a layer of cookies. Arrange them carefully to cover everything. Finally, refrigerate for 10 minutes and decorate the cake with the leftover yogurt and mascarpone cream.

Thanks to these delicious recipes with ice cream, you won’t have to fear the high temperatures of summer. At least when it comes to enjoying delicious desserts, you now have all the solutions you need ready at hand.
